The Redback Grinder Company Pty Ltd and Van Gelder Pty Ltd have been at the forefront of fine grinding size reduction in Australia since 1913 and have sold over 5000 grinding machines into the Australian and overseas markets.
Our flagship machine over the last 25 years has been the Reedback Green Waste Grinder which is the only machine of this type which will satisfactorily handle Australian hardwoods. We have around 80 of these machines in the field in Australia, Japan and New Zealand.
We are the only organization manufacturing green waste grinders in Australia with local availability of wear parts and technical advice. No need to ring overseas in the middle of the night, we are on the ground here with a large group of satisfied customers to endorse our equipment.
David Stubbs has ran this business for 30 years now and is regarded as the guru in green waste grinding. His experience is responsible for the development of the high efficiency rotor.
The Razorback 5400 on wheels is the first of the line of machines with the new improved rotor. We will be building a track machine Razorback 5400T, and a 700hp machine on wheels and tracks.
