VAN GELDER Pty Ltd have been at the forefront of fine grinding size reduction in Australia since 1913 and have sold over 5000 grinding machines into the Australian and overseas markets.
Our flagship machine over the last 25 years has been the Greenwaste Grinder which is the only machine of this type which will satisfactorily handle Australian hardwoods. We have around 80 of these machines in the field in Australia, Japan and New Zealand.
We are the only organization manufacturing Greenwaste Grinders in Australia with local availability of wear parts and technical advice.
David Stubbs has run this business for 30 years now and is highly regarded and very well versed in size reduction technology.
The Razorback is a 540 hp tandem axle trailer mounted unit with the following inclusions as standard.
- High efficiency rotor.
- 540 HP C-15 CAT Engine
- Transfluid KPTO-19 fluid coupling.
- Reversible fans on engine and all coolers
- Rexroth hydraulics with low speed high torque drives
- On board compressor.
